M11. An Open Cluster.  This picture is a composite of 10 pictures at 2 minutes each at ISO 800.  Image taken on July 2, 2005.
Messier 15.  A Globular cluster in the constellation Pegasus.  This image is a composite of  6 stacked images taken 8/12/04.  Each image was 2 minutes in length at ISO 800.  Image is cropped, zoomed, and levels adjusted in Images Plus.

 

M3

This is an image of Globular Cluster M3.  It was taken with a Canon 300D SLR.  I stacked 11 images to produce this final picture.

Notes: Image date 2/28/04.  11 stacked pictures at ISO 1600, each 30 seconds each. Prime focus 1600mm f/6.3 SCT.  ImagePlus used for registering, stacking and levels adjustment.  DSLR focus used for focus and alignment.
